Mrs. Julie Valeriote

Mrs. Julie Valeriote was born in Devon, England and grew up by the sea. She knew from a young age that she wanted to work with children and she started her career working as a childcare provider in Switzerland and then Canada, where she relocated to in 1996. Mrs. Valeriote was interested in expanding her experience as an early childhood educator and looked for a role that would allow her to work with children, particularly the little ones starting out on their academic journey who would find themselves in new environments.

She knew she wanted to be a part of a team where she could help give others a positive learning environment, and she found that when she joined the SJK community in 2001. Mrs. Valeriote is passionate about expanding children’s minds and experiences and giving them encouragement to explore their world within a safe environment.
