Day Student Application Process
At SJK, our academic program commences at the beginning of September and ends in the middle of June each year.
While we welcome applications from qualified candidates throughout the year, and there is no set admission deadline, due to the limited availability of space at each grade level, we encourage all applicants to apply as early as possible – preferably one year in advance of planned enrolment. Canadian students are welcomed to apply as day students (JK-Grade 12) and boarding students (Grades 9-12).

Submit the Online Application Form
Set up a parent account using your email address, and submit the Online Application Form.
Submit Supporting Documents.
Please submit a copy of your child’s passport or birth certificate, as well as report cards for the most recent academic year and the two previous academic years if applicable. You can upload these directly to the application portal, or you can email this to admissions@sjkeagles.com.
Complete the Learning Profile Assessment.
Your child will be invited to participate in an academic assessment, focusing on age-appropriate reading, writing and math skills. Your child will be invited to participate in an assessment meeting with our Enrolment Team. The meeting will take place at the School.
Receive an Enrolment Decision.
The Admissions Committee may make an offer of admission to your child. An Enrolment Agreement will be presented to you for review and signature. If you wish to accept our offer of admission, a tuition deposit and Registration Fee are due at the time of enrolment. A Confirmation of Enrolment will be sent to you by email once your signed Enrolment Agreement, tuition deposit and Registration Fee have been processed. Our Enrolment Team will stay in touch to ensure that you have all you need as you prepare for the first day of school!
