SJK, in partnership with St. Jerome's University and the University of Waterloo, are pleased to offer a Boarding Program featuring a co-ed residence for up to 50 students and five live-in staff members.
SJK Boarding provides students with a supportive community and access to St. Jerome's University amenities, and the urban residence is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and libraries. SJK boarding students also experience expanded academic support and social programming.

This unique combination allows our boarding students to have the best of country and city life.
The SJK Boarding Experiential Program focuses on building relationships and developing a deep sense of community through shared experiences. SJK Boarding students are presented with countless opportunities to experience new activities as a group as they immerse themselves in exciting surroundings in the Kitchener-Waterloo region and beyond.

The best of country and city life
The boarding residence is located close to Kitchener-Waterloo's public transit systems, including Grand River Transit bus transportation and light rail transit (LRT). The residence is a brief 15-minute school bus ride from SJK's campus in Breslau, with daily bus service provided by SJK.
SJK Boarding Features
Accommodations
Students have access to a common lounge area, study rooms, dining hall, kitchen area, fridge and microwave. Five full-time boarding staff members are accessible to students 24/7 and are on active duty on evenings and weekends.
Amenities
Students have access to university spaces, including the library and athletics centre, for use during designated free times on weekends and some evenings.
Meal Plans
All meals are prepared by a Red Seal-certified chef with careful consideration given to the use of local, fresh ingredients.
