Ms. Kayla Bearinger

Registered Nurse

Kayla Bearinger joined SJK as a registered nurse in January 2023. Nurse Bearinger comes to SJK with experience in psychiatric nursing after previously being employed at Homewood Health Centre and St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. In 2014 Nurse Bearinger graduated from Conestoga College’s Practical Nursing Program and went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from McMaster University in 2017. She is passionate about mental health and well-being, and enjoys connecting with SJK students to support them through various physical and mental health challenges. Nurse Bearinger is a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario as well as the Registered Nurses of Ontario. Outside of work Kayla loves traveling, beach days, being active and spending time outdoors.
