Mr. Mike Ritchie

Mike is the President and CEO of Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group, a manufacturing organization with 12 facilities and 1,000 team members in three countries. He is also the Chair and CEO of the Ritchie Family Company, which owns two dental laboratories in Eastern Ontario, a brewery and a Tool and die business supporting automotive, aerospace, and industrial customers in Canada and the United States.

Mike enjoys investing in start up companies and mentoring young entrepreneurs. He serves as a peer mentor supporting Canadian military veterans, who are transitioning from active duty to being entrepreneurs with the Prince’s Trust. Mike is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) and has served in leadership positions including Chair for the Canada Region, Membership Chair for Canada, Global Chair for Officer Education, Global Finance Committee Member and an elected Director on the YPO Global Board of Directors. Mike is the Past Chair of the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation and a past Director of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce.

Mike holds an Honours Business Administration Degree from the Ivey School of Business at Western University, an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and a CRM designation from the Risk Management Society. Mike has two sons, William and Thomas and enjoys travel, reading, baseball and movies.
