Affording SJK

Please note that Financial Assistance is only available to Canadian citizens.
To qualify, interested students must excel in academics, embrace the School's programmes, mission and values, and clearly demonstrate financial need. Financial Assistance applicants must complete an independent financial assessment through Apple Financial Services. Recommendations by Apple Financial Services are not a guarantee of Financial Assistance.

Please note: Assessments are required on an annual basis for returning families. New students must apply for admission and be accepted prior to submitting an application for Financial Assistance.

Financial Assistance is a partial, needs-based bursary provided to a Grade 1 to 12 student whose family has demonstrated need through an application to Apple Financial Services.

No bursary shall exceed the value of 50% of tuition.

Students receiving Financial Assistance are expected to abide by all school policies and families agree to pay the costs related to fees and additional expenses less the value of the Financial Assistance awarded. Please note that financial assistance is not available for non-Canadian citizen students.

Financial Assistance Application

We are currently accepting applications for Financial Assistance for the 2025–2026 Academic Year. For new families, Financial Assistance will be distributed on a rolling basis to qualified applicants until all available funds have been distributed. Returning student awards will be prioritized: new student awards will be distributed thereafter. We recommend that all families who require Financial Assistance apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment, as funds are limited. We are currently accepting applications at www.applefinancialservices.ca

For returning families only, please note that December 6, 2024, is the Financial Assistance application deadline.

New families may submit an application for Financial Assistance at any time. Funding will be distributed to eligible families on a rolling basis until all available funding is accounted for. An early application is advised, as funding availability is limited.

There is a $137.50 fee to apply for Financial Assistance, payable to Apple Financial Services upon submission of your application.
