Fundraising Priorities
SJK has been built by its community. From its inspired beginning, the tradition of giving—of one’s time, expertise and donations—has been essential to our growth and success. This SJK tradition has made the existing campus what it is today, including the original school building, the Chapel, Gymnasium, Boathouse, Boardwalk and Newton House. Without support from our SJK families, our campus simply would not exist.
Support for SJK’s highest priority needs can be directed to the SJK’s Annual Fund. Donations are also gratefully accepted for a specific program, project or area. Gifts of all sizes directly impact students and enhance their experience at SJK.

Art, Design and Media Centre
SJK's new Art, Design and Media Centre will be a hub of innovation where students can experience the visual arts and digital media, learn skills that will support their post-secondary studies, and enhance their career opportunities.

Outdoor Education
Multiple areas are to be designated as outdoor classrooms, with seating and a canopy to provide shelter from the sun and rain. These spaces will build on the Low Ropes Course and fire pit area.

Recess Equipment
Lower & Middle Schools will benefit from equipment that includes a basketball hoop, nets and rackets and equipment designed to enhance our outdoor education program and promote staying active outdoors.

Coding & Robotics
Coding and robotics are an increasingly important part of the curriculum and would be greatly enhanced with the provision of equipment that prepares students for studies well into the future.
